Terms of Service
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Definitions
"Service" means the website astrokolo.com and all related web and mobile applications provided by Astrokolo. "User" (or "you") means any individual who accesses the Service or creates an account. "Subscription" means a paid plan that unlocks extended Service features. "Content" means all text, graphics, calculations, AI interpretations and other materials available through the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
3. Description of the Service
Astrokolo is an online platform for calculating and AI-interpreting astrological charts: natal chart, progressions, solar return, lunar return, transits, synastry and other techniques. Calculations are powered by the Swiss Ephemeris — one of the most precise astrological engines in the world. AI interpretations are generated by large language models (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini). The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees as to the completeness or accuracy of interpretations. Astrological information is for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not substitute medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
4. Account Registration
Access to paid features requires registration with a valid email address and password. You agree to: provide accurate personal information; update it promptly if it changes; not share your credentials with any third party; notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account for violation of these Terms.
5. Plans & Subscription
The Service offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans (Basic, Pro, Premium). A subscription is activated immediately upon successful payment and renews automatically for the same billing period (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard — access continues until the end of the current paid cycle. We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect.
6. Payment & Payment Providers
All payments are processed by authorised payment providers — Paddle or LemonSqueezy — acting as the Merchant of Record. They bear full responsibility for processing payments and collecting and remitting VAT/taxes in accordance with the laws of your country of residence. Astrokolo does not store or process your payment card details. All transactions are secured to PCI DSS standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on or relating to the Service (source code, algorithms, design, text, logos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Astrokolo or its licensors and is protected by the laws of Ukraine and international agreements. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit the Service for any commercial purpose without Astrokolo's prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in or facilitate: automated or systematic data collection (scraping, parsing) without written consent; circumventing technical protection measures, authentication or access restrictions; uploading or distributing malicious software; using the Service for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes; impersonating any person or providing knowingly false information; reselling, sublicensing or transferring rights to the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Astrokolo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astrokolo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Astrokolo's aggregate liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Modifications to the Service & Terms
Astrokolo reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms — material changes will be communicated by email or on-site notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account in settings or by contacting info@astrokolo.com. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access without notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the place of Astrokolo's registered location.
