Payment and access
How to pay for an Astrokolo plan, when access starts, how to renew or cancel, and how refunds work.
Astrokolo is in beta: every plan is free and there is nothing to pay. The terms below apply once the beta ends.
What you pay for
Access to the Astrokolo online service on the plan you choose: the calculations and tools it includes. It is a digital service, so there is no delivery — everything works in the browser as soon as the payment goes through. The natal chart is always free.

By bank card on the secure page of the payment service: in hryvnias through Monobank, in euros through Paddle. For payments in euros Paddle is the seller and issues the invoice. You enter your card details on the payment service’s page — Astrokolo never receives or stores them.
When access starts
Right after a successful payment: the plan switches on automatically, usually within seconds. If it hasn’t within an hour, write to us and we’ll sort it out.
Term and renewal
A subscription runs for the term you paid for (usually a month) and renews automatically at the end of each period — in hryvnias and in euros alike — until you cancel it.
How to cancel
Cancel at any time in your account, on the Subscription tab. Paid features stay available until the end of the period you paid for, and there is no further charge.
Payment confirmation
After payment we email a confirmation to your account’s address. For payments in euros Paddle also sends its receipt.
Guarantees and refunds
We refund you if the service was down through our fault for more than 72 hours in a row, if you were charged twice, or if you haven’t used any feature and write within 48 hours of the first payment. The money goes back the way you paid.
