Refund Policy

We are committed to a fair and transparent refund process.

Effective date: May 12, 2026

1. General

Astrokolo provides access to a digital Service — astrological calculations, AI interpretations and prognostic tools. In accordance with EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the standards of Paddle/LemonSqueezy, this Policy defines the conditions under which we grant or decline refunds.

2. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal

A subscription grants immediate access to digital content (calculations, AI responses, saved charts). Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal (14 days without reason) does not apply where performance has begun with your express consent and you acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. This is the standard condition for digital service subscriptions.

3. Free Trial Period

If your plan includes a free trial period, you may cancel before the trial ends — no charge will be made. Cancel from your account dashboard (Subscription tab) before the trial expires. After the first automatic charge, the standard Refund Policy applies.

4. When a Refund Will Be Granted

We review and generally approve refund requests in the following situations: 1) Technical failure — a confirmed outage on our side that prevented use of the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours within the paid cycle. 2) Duplicate charge — two or more payments erroneously charged for the same billing period. 3) Payment provider error — an incorrect transaction confirmed by Paddle or LemonSqueezy. 4) First billing cycle — if you have not used any feature of the Service after payment and submit a request within 48 hours of the first charge. In other cases, refunds are granted at Astrokolo's discretion.

5. When Refunds Are Not Issued

We do not issue refunds: for the current billing cycle if you have actively used the Service; for past billing cycles if the request is submitted after they have ended; if the account was suspended for violating the Terms of Service; for third-party services associated with Astrokolo.

6. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard → Subscription tab → Cancel Subscription button. After cancellation: access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle; automatic renewal will not occur; you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the cycle (except as described in section 4).

7. How to Request a Refund

To submit a request: 1) Email info@astrokolo.com with the subject "Refund Request". 2) Include: your account email address; the date and amount of the charge; the reason for your request and a description of the situation. 3) If applicable, attach supporting documents (error screenshot, bank statement, etc.). We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision by email.

8. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed through the same payment provider (Paddle or LemonSqueezy) used for the original payment. Funds are returned to the same card or account from which the payment was taken. Processing times depend on your bank and payment provider — typically 5–10 business days after we confirm the refund on our end.

9. Special Circumstances

If your situation is not covered above but you believe you are entitled to a refund, please write to us and we will review your request individually. We aim to find a fair solution in every case.
